Following Mind or God. This is most difficult as I explained in earlier posts.
How do you know it is God and how do you know you heard him and not mind. Did you interpret it correctly. Did you hear him clearly and are you capable of following.
So for this exploration let’s assume you did hear him and it is God for sure. This is where the eternal dilemma occurs within as you can quite clearly hear the guidance and picture it but you will find mind knawing away at the edges and trying to find a resting point for it to re-establish it’s control of illusionary security and peace of mind. And this place for a while may indeed provide peace.
But imagine constantly following this inner guidance with no fixed points or references of mind, floating from place to place with no gaps to allow the discernment of the mind. It’s a difficult choice in the head, almost impossible.
From my experience these floating times come every now and then with a change in life, an upheaval, and you feel much freer. But after a while the guidance seems to bring you to ground to work through the next obstacle which cannot be passed without grounding or being more present in the physical body and it’s existence. Without this grounding you seem to drift and float but make little meaningful progress and a paranoia can develop.
Life is the path and through the path you can find God.
